Your credit card will be charged monthly for each license, plus applicable sales tax, and you will receive a receipt in a confirmation e-mail after your card has been charged.

There are no storage extensions for subscribed products. Instead you have to cancel your current subscription and purchase a new one with the desired licensed storage space. Although a server reboot will be required your data and system configuration will not be affected.

If you buy two licenses at once, it will be on one invoice. In cases where separate invoices are required, please make two (or as many as you require) purchases separately.

No, at this moment it is not possible, and you will be charged for each month.

Your card will be initially charged the day you start the subscription, and then on the same day of each following month.

If your card cannot be charged, you will receive an email notification and your subscription will be suspended after 15 days following the due date. In order to resume the subscription, you will need to update your credit card information. Please note that the product will not be activated automatically, manual activation – either online or offline – will be required.

If your server is connected to the Internet, your Open-E DSS V7 subscription will be renewed automatically each month until you cancel it. Manual product activation is required each month in case the server cannot access the Internet.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation link provided in the confirmation e-mail.

When a subscription is not renewed (paid) for 15 days after the due date, the product will be working with severely reduced network bandwidth and will shut down every 60 minutes.

The price is subject to change, but we will always notify you beforehand. Price changes and institution of new charges implemented during your current monthly subscription period will apply to any subsequent monthly subscription period and to all new subscribers after the effective date of the change.
