So, what will be your role then?

  • Manage and expand our end user base and reseller network in EMEA markets.
  • Identify and cultivate brand new leads and opportunities through various channels such as phone calls, emails, chats, networking (including social media like LinkedIn), and events.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline of interested prospects and qualified opportunities.
  • Promote and sell Open-E data storage software, as well as business solutions based on Open-E products.
  • Create and design compelling offers and business presentations.
  • Finalize and secure contracts and deals, following up on client requests.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the Sales Team daily, as well as with the Marketing Team to organize business events (conferences, workshops, webinars, etc.), and the Presales Team to qualify prospects.

You’ll be a perfect fit for this role if you:

  • Are certain about developing your professional career in sales and have more than a year of sales experience.
  • Can communicate effectively in English as a part of daily duties (additionally, proficiency in Polish or German would be an asset).
  • Are the holder of a valid work permit for Poland.
  • Possesses a strong ability to quickly grasp information about software storage products, features, and technologies.
  • Demonstrate persistence and motivation to make a high volume of phone calls daily.
  • Exhibit clear communication skills through email, telephone, and direct contact.
  • Have the ability to convincingly articulate your ideas to others.
  • Are a well-organized and detail-oriented individual.
  • Embrace an open-minded and positive attitude towards business partners and colleagues.
  • Can navigate setbacks, manage stress, stay emotionally resilient, and maintain focus during challenging situations.

It would be an advantage if you also have:

  • Knowledge of the B2B IT/software market.
  • A professional sales approach with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully selling software and/or software services to large enterprises.
