Onboarding process


  1. FIRST DAY
    A BIG WELCOME

    You'll get this handbook and all the accompanying resources. Everything will be prepared for you on your desk. Later you'll be introduced to the rest of the Open-E employees, and your supervisor will show you everything. Feel free to ask as many questions as you need! level of direct access to the hardware (coming in Up30 version).
  2. FIRST WEEK
    SLOWLY BUT SURELY

    During the first week onboard, you will be provided with all the necessary information, tools, and resources. Most importantly, you will go through a set of comprehensive training sessions during which you'll have a chance to learn everything about the company and the Open-E products. Better to ask the way than to go astray
  3. FIRST THREE MONTHS
    PRACTICE MAKES MASTER

    The first three months of your work in Open-E will be a trial period. During this time, you will have learned everything from scratch and become fully acquainted with the company's vibe, mission, and of course - the products!
