At Open-E we don't like to keep our customers waiting. That is why we have added a live chat option to our Open-E website.

Now you can Chat Live with one of our pre-sales engineers - directly in the products section on our website! They will be happy to assist you with all pre-sales questions related to Open-E's products.

Technical Support just got easier
Check out the new Open-E Ticket Viewer

A new functionality has been implemented in your User Portal. As you know, to report a technical support issue, you have to log into the User Portal on Open-E's website and create a support ticket to obtain technical assistance. Now, thanks to our new Ticket Viewer, you will be able to view the current status of your support cases. Simply log into your User Portal and click on the "View your support tickets" tab. Check it out yourself!
